The family of ATU International Secretary-Treasurer Oscar Owens will be holding a “Celebration of Life” on Friday, November 15, 2019 in Oakland, California.
The service will begin at 11:00 am at the Acts Full Gospel Church, 1034 66th Avenue in Oakland, California.
The family welcomes all of Oscar’s sisters and brothers at the ATU to attend this celebration of his life.
The ATU International will be holding a memorial for Oscar at ATU International headquarters at the Tommy Douglas Conference Center in Silver Spring, MD, on Monday, January 20, 2020, Martin Luther King Jr. Day.
